We Ningbo Alpha Fluid Control Co., Ltd. (NAFCO) has been specializing in brass valve manufacture and export since its establishment. Our company is located in Ningbo Zhejiang - one of the plumbing valve production bases of China, we have comprehensive industry chain of brass materials and spare parts, as well as abundant technical and industrial resources, accomplished with mature producing processes, meticulous quality control and diverse product lines.

What We Do

NAFCO products mainly range over brass ball valves, brass gate valves, brass angle valves, brass check valves, brass radiator valves, brass fittings and custom brass valves, sizes from DN8 to DN100, pressures from PN10 to PN40, which widely used for water, gas, oil and heating systems.

How We Do

NAFCO production plant covers 20000 m2, over 100 skilled workers and 20 management staffs, 19 sets of forging machines from 40 to 400 tons, more than 200 high-precision CNC and multi-axis machines, 6 assembly and packing production lines, enable us to produce over 5 millions of valves every year.

How We Control

In order to catch up with the development of global fluid control industry, and to provide customers with quality products and services at favorable costs, NAFCO uses top-class machinery and equipment, all key manufacturing and core spare parts of brass valves are self-produced and self-controlled, along with strict quality control for each production progresses, ensures each brass valve qualified with technical standards and customer requirements.

All brass valves and spare parts are designed by computer, according to industry standards and customer requirements.

Production Control

Full production process control from materials to delivery, skilled workers and QC team bring reliable and stable quality.

Intensive Inspections

From brass materials, to forging, to machining and packing, each steps inspected with QC staff, finished brass valves are also tested in our lab.

100% Leakage Test

Each brass valves leakage tested before assembly, defected items are picked out, which ensures all the valves free of leaking when they come to the users.
