How gate valve 1 inch works

Gate valve 1 inch consists of brass valve body, valve bonnet, stem, disc and hand wheel (as shown by above photo), The flow can go through from both ends. When operate the hand wheel clockwise, the valve disc will go down and close the flow; the valve will open when the hand wheel goes anti-clockwise.

How we produce gate valve 1 inch

1. Production design

2. Hot forging workshop: Use a cutting machine to cut the copper rod into various copper rods of varying lengths according to the brass demand of gate valve 1 inch → put the required mold in the punch, and press (forge) the high-temperature heated copper rod. So as to get the blank → put the blank with flash into the punch and cut off the edges.

3. Sand blasting workshop: Put the cut edge blanks into the blasting machine and blast sand with different specifications of sand according to customer requirements. After sanding, the surface of the products should be inspected one by one, and if it is not, it should be repaired, selected, and scrapped.
